The center of attention – the strategy and marketing for Skanska

The Skanska “Nowy Targ” building is an investment, to be erected in the coming years on one of the most desired plots in Wrocław. The communication strategy was supposed to ensure that the surfaces sell well and provide support for the local place marketing. Our client showed great openness – they went for a brave project image and an engaging strategy. When creating the marketing materials, we were trying to bring out the attributes of the new investment and make a connection between them and the values behind Skanska as well as the local tradition of the space. Such a combination was received enthusiastically, as was the cheerful and somewhat playful visual communication key, embellished with original illustrations. In addition to the strategy, we also developed the names, the claims and the texts. We prepared printed promotional materials and organized outdoor activities on Site.
